the room we had included central heating, an individual safe, and multi-channel television. its garden view and amicable staff were the key features! the location was marvellous - near cafés and restaurants.

I recently stayed at Residenza Carlo III Luxury B&B for a short period of time while visiting the US Consulate. The location was perfect, just a 4-minute walk away. The owner, Alessandro, was extremely kind and helpful, providing useful transportation tips and waiting patiently for my late check-in. Despite the small size, the room had all the necessary amenities and even included toiletries. The proximity to Mergellina Station made it convenient for getting around without needing public transport. The room was clean, quiet, and the staff, especially a lady in the building, were very attentive and professional. The complimentary breakfast coupon for a nearby bar was a nice touch.

Excellent value for money. Very nice location and comfortable, recently renovated rooms. One of the best things about our stay at Residenza Carlo III Luxury B&B was the manager, Alex. He was incredibly welcoming and always available to cater to our needs. The location of the hotel was also superb, situated in one of the finest parts of the city. We were just a few meters away from a metro station, making it easy to explore the historical center of the city.

We had a blast exploring Naples with our friends. We took a boat trip from Molo Beverello Port and it was like being in a pirate movie! We also partied at the Port of Naples, dancing the night away. Such a fun time!

The only thing we wished for was a more happening nightlife scene around the B&B. We're young and love to party, so it would have been great to have some cool bars or clubs nearby.
